3. 引入 ML 到 BigQuery

The first time I came into contact with BigQuery, I was amazed that there was such a magical thing in the world.
This lecture is difficult to get started. It is suitable for people who have no experience, will write some SQL syntax, want to try a machine learning model, or, for data scientists, BigQuery, Cloud Dataprep, and Data Studio simply finds conscience! The speech included the following:
1. Create a data set, use Cloud Dataprep UI to prepare and clean up the data
2. Use Data Studio to visualize the dashboard
3. Introducing ML to BigQuery

From strangers to team players
I started my career in corporate, co-founded a company, moved to freelancing and now work in a startup, whilst running an NPO. As my journey continued, I began to realize that the success of the products that I worked on, as well as my professional fulfillment were influenced by the dynamics of the teams I work with. There are many factors that help teams to be effective, and are conducive to growth and performing better overall. During this talk I’d like to explore some of these elements.

Android for Everyone: Best Practices for Making Your Android App Accessible
According to the World Health Organisation, over a billion people, or 15% of the world's population, have some form of disability. Sadly, there are many misconceptions around accessibility, and accessibility is often an afterthought when designing and coding apps. This talk aims to inform the audience about the various types of disabilities, followed by a discussion on the many tools the Android platform provides for those affected by disabilities. After laying the foundation, I shift gears, giving best practices to design and develop Android apps with accessibility in mind. Rounding off the talk, I demonstrate how to test for accessibility using some cool Google tools. By the end of the talk, the audience will be empowered to become real accessibility allies!

Building custom models in AutoML
Thanks to machine learning and AI, applications are now being created that can see, hear, and understand the world around them. This talk will demonstrate how Google Cloud AutoML enables developers with limited machine learning expertise to build and deploy customized, high quality, tabular data, vision, translation, and natural language models by leveraging Google’s state of the art transfer learning, and Neural Architecture Search technology.

seq2seq models for time series forecasting with Tensorflow
This talk is dedicated to building seq2seq models for multivariate time series with Tensorflow. We are going to discuss: - Pros and cons of traditional approaches and why they fail in more complex scenarios. - Preprocessing and transformation routines for mixed input/output data (scaling, de-trending difficulties, etc.) - Framing of a multi-step sales forecasting problem given multi-input tabular data over multiple SKUs as well as different approaches to target forecasting. - Architecture overview: from Dense single-output over RNN single-output to the generalized seq2seq models. - What dimensions can be additionally captured with above-mentioned setup. Implementation hints for Tensorflow 1.x.
